I was planning on picking a home on Zillow, and just seeing if the listing agent would also sell my condo as a contingency sale. I happened to pick a home that Guy Giuffre had listed. When it turned out that home wasn't the right fit, I still decided to work with Guy. When we were looking at the initial home I picked, and going over the numbers with my mother, he was so personable with both of us. Guy is great, helped us find our home in the mountains. It took almost 2 years to lock in on the right place and get through the bidding process but he stuck by us the whole way thru. He's extremely responsive, gets you all the information and has connections everywhere. Most importantly tho Guy was friendly, interested in getting to know our little family an went out of his way to make sure that he only brought us the homes that matched "us". if you're looking for a realtor in the mountains then I assure you that Guy is your guy!

I met Guy when I wanted to look at his listing, and a few others in the Santa Cruz area. I flew in on a Saturday, he showed me his listing and a few others he thought might suit me. I trusted him and liked his demeanor right away. So much so, I allowed him to represent me as buyer.
